A Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area meeting to issue new talent policies was held at the Greenland Changsha Intercity Space Station Qianping Square on March 30. A project signing ceremony was held simultaneously. Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee; and, Hunan Vice Governor He Baoxiang attended.
Twenty-five projects were signed on site with an investment totaling 33.09 billion yuan. They involve such fields as intelligent manufacturing, headquarters economy, commercial and trade services, China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, and biomedicine. All of them are large and good projects featuring high-tech, new industrial formats and strong driving force. The Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone Changsha Area Management Committee was officially inaugurated.
In order to attract more international talents to participate in Changsha Area construction, the talent policies announced this time provides a strong support for high-level and international talent recruitment, young talent reserve, and innovation and entrepreneurship. Funds and house purchase subsidies, as well as services concerning entry and exit, residence, and family members will be offered. The policies will help keep up development momentum for the Changsha Area.
